Reasons Why I Start Writing

I’m lost

No goals, no motivation, no emotion, but a ton of things that I could and should do.
Help.

I’m losing my charisma

Is there a price tag when you seek for help?

Yes. It makes you look weak, negative, unattractive and pitiful.

If you have someone whom you can speak to freely, consider yourself lucky. Cherish them. They’re hard to come by especially in today’s competitive environment.

But if you don’t have any, guess what? That someone who can relate and understand 100% of your pain is you.

Cherish yourself, help yourself.

Treat your body and mind like a temple.

Eat well, sleep well, exercise and do the things you love.

I’m losing my confidence

Sometimes even though you pour your heart and soul into trying to make a connection in your personal or professional life, you’ll hear nothing. Ignored. Rejected.

People just don’t have the capacity to deal with you. You’re not as important or valuable as you thought you might be. You’re not worth their time.

“Compounding is the 8th wonder of the world”

Taking a longer time to recover, lowering your standards, lowering your expectations, experiencing a deterioration in performance. The effect from the original rejection has snowballed.

You’re lowering your value to feel wanted again.

You’ve hit rock bottom.

I want my life back.

“Instead of looking for motivation, eliminate what’s demotivating you.”

That’s the best advice I’ve gotten this year.

Writing provides clarity to the mind, enables you to conduct thorough ‘meetings’ with yourself and also acts as a road map for all the overwhelming thoughts.

“Creation is a better means of self expression than possession; it is through creating, not possessing, that life is revealed.”

Yup. The pen is definitely mightier than the sword.

Writing enables one to express themselves freely and to be exposed to a broad range of people. It can be just you or the whole world.

“A can of coke costs $1 at a store but costs $4 at a hotel.”

Sometimes there’s really nothing wrong or bad about you, you’re just at the wrong place. Be it physically or mentally.

Writing allows you to reflect and brings your mind back to the present. When your mind is at the present, you’re at the right place.
